Pricing changes may occur on the website. If an order is placed and the price drops before the item is shipped, customers may NOT be able to request their invoice to be updated to the lower price. Once an order has been collected or shipped, we will not make any changes to the pricing on the invoice.

REFUSAL OF BUSINESS

We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone and/or to cancel an order at any time. If any payments have been made in relation to a cancelled order, all such payments will be refunded in full without interest upon the cancellation of the order.

If you encounter any entity or individual claiming to sell products on behalf of Pantheon PC or as an affiliate, please exercise caution and verify their claims directly with us. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All product specifications, descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

WARRANTIES

All products purchased from Pantheon PC come with a 3-year warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. The warranty duration is determined by each hardware manufacturer's terms. The warranty service duration may vary depending on when the customer brings their PC for inspection and the RMA process if the hardware needs to be returned for warranty purposes. If the supplier rejects the hardware RMA warranty, we will not be held responsible.

Please note that Pantheon PC does not offer on-site support. All warranty services are handled via shipping only. Shipping is available to both Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Please note that different shipping charges apply depending on the destination.

While we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service, we cannot assure that troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing parts will invariably resolve every issue completely. There may be instances where multiple check-ups are needed or the purchase of new replacement parts becomes necessary. We will keep you updated on the progress and collaborate with you on any required actions.

Coverage and Exclusions:

Pantheon PC's warranty covers defects attributable to manufacturing faults under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

• Negligence, misuse, or human error on the part of the customer;

• External factors including, but not limited to, malware installation, physical or water damage;

• Any action or condition that voids the original manufacturer's warranty;

• Products that are no longer within their original warranty period.

Should any of the above conditions not be met, charges will be applied for shipping and handling. This warranty service is exclusive to products originally purchased from Pantheon PC.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY POLICIES FOR NON-PANTHEON PC PRODUCTS

Our warranty policies are strictly limited to products purchased directly from Pantheon PC. Products not purchased from Pantheon PC that require any form of after-sales services, including but not limited to installation, troubleshooting, or returning to the supplier for RMA, may incur separate charges. These charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Pantheon PC's warranty policies will not cover any damages or malfunctions caused post-purchase, including physical damage, actions or conditions that void the original manufacturer's warranty, or any other external factors leading to hardware defects.

DATA RESPONSIBILITY

While Pantheon PC endeavours to handle all products with the utmost care, we are not liable for data loss that may occur during our services. Customers are strongly recommended to regularly back up their data as a precautionary measure.

LIFETIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Pantheon PC offers lifetime technical support to the best of our capabilities. However, we cannot answer all types of questions and guarantee 100% accurate answers. Regardless, we will always strive to provide the best possible support.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

While we strive to maintain adequate stock levels, product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel an order, switch to an alternative model or brand (with specifications that may or may not be identical), or issue a complete refund as appropriate.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept various payment methods, including online bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards. Please ensure that you provide accurate payment information to avoid delays in processing your order. All orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

Pantheon PC provides shipping services to both Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Please note that shipping charges differ based on destination. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying package PCs and hardware purchases within Peninsular Malaysia — please check current promotions or contact us for confirmation.

Free shipping is included for PCs under valid warranty claims (subject to warranty terms). However, shipping charges will apply for user errors, voided or expired warranties, or rejected RMA claims. Please contact us for the latest information and confirmation on applicable shipping charges.

FORCE MAJEURE

Pantheon PC shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or any other similar events.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
