What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Yes, cancellation requests are allowed if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once shipped or assembled (for custom PCs), cancellation may not be allowed.

Please contact customer service immediately to request cancellation.

What is your return policy?

Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp for verification of the product's condition. Once the issue is confirmed, you may proceed with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for a replacement or refund.

There are no additional charges for credit cards and debit cards.

Can I cancel the order for refund after payment?

Yes, cancellation requests may be submitted after payment. However, approval will depend on the order status.

If the order has not been processed or shipped:
You may request a cancellation, and a full refund will be issued.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
If you did not receive it, contact customer support with your order details.

How do I set up my new device?

Setting up your new device is simple.
Your package includes all required cables and components. Just connect the power, monitor, and peripherals, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, all our products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty to ensure your peace of mind.
Warranty coverage varies by product type and brand, and typically includes protection against manufacturing defects.

For custom-built PCs, we also provide in-house service support within the warranty period.

If you need assistance with a warranty claim or would like more details on coverage, our support team will be happy to help.

How long is the warranty period?

Warranty duration depends on the product, typically 1–3 years.

I noticed incorrect information on a product listing. How can I confirm the correct specifications?

Please reach out to us via WhatsApp, and we will verify the product specifications for you.

Is the warranty local or international?

Most products include local warranty.

What items are NOT covered by warranty?

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Burn marks & overclock damage
  • Wear & tear
  • Misuse / improper installation

Shipping

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes, we ship within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery times may vary according to location.

How can I track my order?

There are two ways to access your tracking number: either through your account at our website or via the shipping confirmation email sent after your order is processed. Please note that we use GDEX as our delivery service provider.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
Our delivery services are currently limited to selected regions within the country to ensure fast and reliable fulfillment.

We are working toward expanding our shipping coverage in the future.

How long does shipping take?

West Malaysia: 1–5 working days
East Malaysia: 3–10 working days

Custom PC assembly may require additional build time before shipping.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or missing items?

Please take photos/video and contact us within 48 hours.

We will investigate and assist with replacement or claims.
